Christ Church has a new priest-in-charge!

We have been joined by the Reverend Dr Susan Carter, who came to Christ Church as our new Priest-In-Charge in January. Her first service whilst resident in France was 17 January at 10h30 online via Zoom.

Susan joins us from Lansing, Michigan from where she has recently retired as a University Professor. She was ordained in 2008 and has held several part time positions since her ordination, including most recently as a chaplain with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary.

She is a lawyer and before becoming a professional educator, was a very successful and award winning broadcaster and journalist. She loves the outdoors, and is a proficient skier, scuba diver and pilot. She also speaks French having lived in France briefly as a teenager. Susan is accompanied by her wife Linda. We welcome them both to Christ Church and Clermont Ferrand.
